What MCA Colleges Actually Require
Every Bangalore MCA college asks for the same core eligibility: a bachelor's degree (BCA, B.Sc, B.Com or B.E./B.Tech) with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level, usually with a minimum 45–50% aggregate. What trips students up is not the backlog itself — it's whether the degree is complete by the time documents are verified.
- If you had a backlog earlier but cleared it and your final marksheet shows all subjects passed — this is a non-issue. Colleges see a completed degree, nothing more.
- If you still have 1–2 papers pending and can clear them (through a supplementary/revaluation exam) before admission or shortly after joining, many private colleges will still consider you, especially through management quota.
