Check Your Eligibility
Select your target course, then enter your details. This is an indicative check against published minimum criteria — not a guarantee of admission.
How eligibility is determined
Each course in India has a minimum published eligibility set by its regulator — the stream you studied in 12th/PUC, your aggregate percentage (with relaxation for reserved categories), and the entrance exam that governs admission. This checker applies those published rules; it does not access your actual marksheet or any government database, so always carry original documents for verification at counselling.
Course-wise minimum criteria (2026)
| Course | Stream Required | Min % | Entrance Exam |
|---|---|---|---|
| MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS | PCB | 50% Gen / 40% Reserved | NEET-UG (mandatory) |
| B.Tech / Engineering | PCM | 45% Gen / 40% Reserved (typical) | KCET / COMEDK / JEE Main |
| MBA | Any (graduation) | 50% Gen / 45% Reserved (grad.) | CAT / MAT / CMAT / KMAT |
| B.Sc Nursing | PCB | 45–50% (typical) | State CET / KEA counselling (no NEET) |
| B.Pharm | PCB or PCM | 45–50% (typical) | KCET / direct (no NEET) |
| BPT (Physiotherapy) | PCB | 45–50% (typical) | 12th marks-based — NEET NOT mandatory (2026-27) |
| Allied Health Sciences | PCB | 45–50% (typical) | NEET-UG mandatory from 2026-27* |
*Allied Health exception: BPT and BOT (Occupational Therapy) remain NEET-exempt for 2026-27 even though most other Allied Health programmes now require NEET-UG. See our Allied Health Sciences guide for details.
What this tool does not do
- It does not predict your admission probability or a specific college/rank cutoff — use our College Predictor for that once you have an entrance exam rank.
- It does not verify documents or submit any application — it is purely an indicative first check.
- State-specific and college-specific relaxations (sports quota, PwD, defence, management/NRI seats) are not modelled here — call TurtleEdu for those.
